The feasibility of nanofilters helps us to develop ,along –term &profitable relationship due to the hi-tech & the advantageous of these nanotechnologies which are :-

In nanotechnology desalination we replace the RO unit with NF units , the number of nanofilters (NF) & their capacity will depend on the capacity of the plant .

Contaminated free water with ng/l ,nanowater with 1000 time mora quality .

(2) Power operating cost :-

Cost-effective ,No RO used , it will reduce the cost to 50% of price.

(3) Product water volume:-

Large volume production , 2/3 volume of feed water .

(4) Durability :-

It is reusable for years , durable station .

Visual detection point using nano membrane sensor layers for selective toxins with response time of minutes .

Note:- the color change means the membrane should be changed or washed .

Water Desalination plant (nano membrane stages)

The manufacture replaces the RO unit by three membranes

(1) Filter tank #HOM-V

This filter remove TDS & contains layers containing with active & selective adsorbents for each of the following :-

Salts or minerals (Na.Ca &Mg)
Toxicants (metals) –Radioactive elements if any
Arsenic contaminated water , if any
Some chemicals & hazardous

Exchange of the filter medium :- filter media has passed the period of use will be replaced, with a new tank , filter media in the tank is not unplugged .

Tank that contains the older media as it is sent to the manufacture to recycle it .

(2) Filter tank #HOM-R

The other elements or particles that remained for HOM

TDS control are as follow :-

Salts or minerals (Na.Ca &Mg)
Sulfur &phosphate
Organic species like pesticides ,virus ,bacteria , herbicides , bad taste, odor &cysts.

Exchange of the filter medium :- filter media has passed the period of use will be replaced, with a new tank , filter media in the tank is not unplugged .

Tank that contains the older media as it is sent to the manufacture to recycle it .
